Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

ScoreCraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours, and you grant us a limited license to process it for providing our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScoreCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific SEO or ranking improvements
  • Accuracy of all analysis results
  • Compatibility with all websites or content types

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
